Pre-existing damage (cracked tile, loose paint, oxidized siding, worn concrete, etc.) may become more visible after cleaning.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues.

Organic stains, rust, oil, and oxidation may not fully disappear with standard cleaning.
We always do our best to set proper expectations before cleaning.
